Shane Clarke/ Pua Magasilva
- Shane Clarke led the Power Rangers as the Red Wind Ranger. He is an air ninja who has followed in Sensei Watanabe's footsteps, rising from the bottom of his class to become a respected teacher at the Wind Ninja Academy. He is also an avid skateboarder who participates in local demonstrations and has been offered sponsorship and a national tour with Truth Trucks.

Tori Hanson/ Sally Martin
- Tori Hanson was the ever practical Blue Wind Ranger. She is a water ninja who learned early how to harness her powers for use in everday life, and she currently teaches at the Wind Ninja Academy. She spends a good deal of her free time surfing, although her interest in motocross has increased since she started dating Blake Bradley.

Dustin Brooks/ Glenn McMillan
- Dustin Brooks provided hope and heart to his team as the Yellow Wind Ranger. He is an earth ninja who believes in the good in everyone. His carefree attitude occasionally obscures the skill that has made him a teacher at the Wind Ninja Academy. He rides a 125cc in local motocross races and freestyle events.

Hunter Bradley/ Adam Tuominen
- Hunter Bradley challenged Shane and his team of Wind Rangers as the Crimson Thunder Ranger. Arrogant and hot-headed, he is a thunder ninja who makes others prove their leadership before he will accept it. He shares a passion for motocross with his adopted brother Blake, but a lifetime of ninja training has brought him to the position of head teacher at the Thunder Academy.
