Blake Bradley/ Jorgito Vargas Jr.
- Blake Bradley was the smooth-talking Navy Thunder Ranger. He is a thunder ninja who has set aside his ninja training for the time being to pursue a career in moto racing. He rides professionally for Factory Blue, and he is making a name for himself as one of their racers.

Cam Watanabe/ Jason Chan
- Cam Watanabe accepted the power of the Green Samurai Ranger from his mother Miko. Though he has no official ninja training, he grew up at a ninja academy and his skill excedes that of most students. He is sarcastic and smart, with a gift for computer programming and the innovative use of technology. His continuing role at the Wind Academy is somewhat fluid.

Sensei Kanoi Watanabe/ Grant McFarland
- Sensei Watanabe is responsible for the Wind Ninja Academy, and it was his decision to give the Wind Ranger morphers to Shane, Tori, and Dustin when the academies were attacked. In the form of a talking guinea pig, he continued to train and counsel the new Rangers. He was returned to his human form just prior to Lothor's defeat. Calm and confident, Sensei's objectivity fails him only where his son Cameron is concerned.

Kapri/ Katrina Browne
- Kapri often fought the Rangers at the direction of her Uncle Lothor. She has demonstrated ninja abilities in the past, and since Lothor's defeat she has begun to study at the Wind Ninja Academy with her sister Marah. She pretends confidence but is in reality desperate for the approval of others, particularly that of her cousin Cam.

Marah/ Katrina Devine
- Marah followed her sister Kapri in attacking the Rangers, and to the Wind Ninja Academy afterwards. She is friendly and trusting, with a desire to protect things more vulnerable than she is and a tendency to speak before she thinks. She makes no secret of her crush on Dustin, but she is undiscriminating in her eagerness to please.
