DUC knows and has played every video game in existence. Because of this, he is rumoured to be a robot. That, and the fact that he never shows any emotion - ever. DUC met the gang...well, he's always at the HERO's house, so it must have been at some point. DUC joined the quest 'cause he had nothing else to do. That's about it.
DUC is an excellent magic user with high defense. He should be placed in the back row. Don't count on him to give any dialogue or further the story.
