� You have to like Shiva, duh.
� A web site is actually not a requirement, but is preferred. You just need a valid e-mail address. However, try sticking a code somewhere, like an AIM profile. It helps a lot. =D
� Most sites are welcome. I will decide whether your site is appropriate or not. Seriously, most stuff doesn't bother me.
� Put the code somewhere that I can find it, you know. A cliques page, the main page, somewhere. Don't put it on some random page.
� Contact me if your web site moves or the like. It makes things easier.
