| July 12 - 14, 2002: Our 2-Year Anniversary Weekend!!! =) I planned a special surprise to celebrate our 2-year anniversary...Although our anniversary isn't until July 17th, this was the weekend we decided we'd celebrate since we weren't going to see each other the following weekend... On Friday night, you drove to nyc right after work...by the time u got in, it was late...u showed up with FOUR DOZEN roses!!! That was SO sweet!!! I put them in 2 vases and took pics of them...We had a late dinner at blondie's and then went back home...u gave me my anniversary/bday present...it was the window fan and it was so needed in my apartment!!! Thanks, BaBes!!! Then I decided to give u part of ur present and ironically, we had both gotten it for each other =) It was the "walk in the park" dvd...it was too late to watch it so we decided we'd watch it the next day...we made love =) and then we took a shower and went nite nite... The next morning, we woke up and made <3 again =) we got up and warmed up leftovers from the night before...we watched the "walk in the park" dvd...so sad...then i told u about the anniversary surprise i had planned...u opened ur presents...i gave u the agenda for our anniversary weekend...so we packed up our stuff and cabbed to the dylan hotel...we checked in and dropped our stuff off in the room...then it was off to shop for the outfit i promised u...we went to the herald sq. area where we picked out an outfit from banana (hot outfit, i might add!!!)...we went to structure but there was nothing there...we went to macy's because i was craving a strawberry-banana smoothie...we had our smoothie's and then we went to buy treats for the hotel room...we went back to the room and just chilled / watched tv until it was time to get ready for dinner...i let u open the last gift...it was new nighties for us to sleep in...and bubble bath so we could take a bubble bath later that nite...we showered and got dressed but ended up running late and i got upset because i felt like nothing was working out as planned and that u were disappointed in ur surprise...but u made me feel better about it...u ran out to buy mousse and i went downstairs to Nyla to grab our seats for dinner...but when i got there, they wouldn't seat me until u got there, so we just had drinks at the bar until they sat us...we ended up waiting for about an hour before we were seated but it was all good cuz that gave us the opportunity to get buzzed =P...they finally sat us and we ate dinner...dinner was yummy and we had dessert...afterwards, we left the restaurant and went back to our room to toast our anniversary with the champagne i had brought...u prepared the tub for us and we took a nice, long bubble bath and got even more drunk, sipping on our chamapgne...the rest of the night was kind of a blur...especially to u =P...we started to make <3 in the tub and decided to end our bubble bath...we ended up passing out on the bed =( ...the next thing we know, it's 7 in the morning...we woke up and washed up...the bathroom was all messy, with wax all over the place (from the candles)...we went back to sleep until around 12:30pm...we had to check out at 2pm, so we cleaned up, packed up...at this point, i found out that we no longer had to go to jersey for my daddy's bday (which was good cuz it gave us more time together in the city)...we made sure to take all the souvenirs from the hotel room...we ate the treats we had bought the day before and watched tv a little before having to check out...and then we checked out =( ... We went back to the apartment and watched tv...we made love, making up for not having done so in the hotel room...we got showered/dressed to have an early dinner at Isabella's (to commemorate our anniversary)....u wore ur new outfit and looked really HOT!!! =) (as usual)...after dinner at Isabella's we walked to Blockbuster and rented "shallow hal"...we went to the candy store and bought treats....then walked back home...we watched "shallow hal"...well, u watched it all and i fell asleep cuz i was going to work (i ended up watching it on my own 2 days later)...then u woke me up when it was time for work...we gathered all ur stuff and u drove me to work...and we said good bye =( and thus ended our 2-year anniversary weekend...i was so sad to see u go =( Hope u had a good time, BaBes!!!
