Prick Up Your Ears also provides tailor made courses to suit the needs of your organisation. Programmes can be developed by combining selected elements from our existing courses, to run over any number of days. We can offer flexibility in design and programming, delivering on consecutive days or at regular intervals (weekly, monthly, etc). Previous examples of tailor-made courses have included drugs work induction training (5 days), drugs awareness for primary care staff (sponsored by Schering-Plough), foster carers training (Barnardoes), counselling skills and groupwork training for Juvenile substance misuse service (JSMS) staff at HMP Brinsford.
Bespoke training courses are charged at a per-day rate, not per delegate, you therefore pay one rate regardless of the number of people you wish to train, we are happy for you to offset costs by charging for some or all of the course places (up to a maximum of eighteen). Cutting out delegate travel and accommodation costs makes additional savings, as we send tutors to the venue of your choice.
For example a three day course at �800 per day would cost �2,600; for 18 staff that is a unit cost of less than �50 a day per person, or you could sell ten places at �260 (�80 per day) covering your costs and giving you eight free places.
Cost: One day - �900; Two days - �850 per day; Three days - �800 per day; Four days - �750 per day; Five or more days - �700 per day.
In addition to the above costs, PUYE charges for the costs of travel and accommodation where training is to be delivered outside the West Midlands.
