Presidential Acres is an apartment complex containing seventeen buildings with a total of 384 apartment units. They were built from 1975 through 1982. Most buildings have 24 units each - 12 units per side - 3 floors with 4 units per floor.  All buildings are heated by gas and have been prewired for cable TV and telephone hookups.

Luxurious one and two bedrooms units are available. All units have wall to wall carpeting, lots of closet space, air conditioning, a complete G.E. kitchen with frost free refrigerator, self cleaning electric oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Heat and hot water are included in the rent for all units. Two bedroom units feature one and one half  baths and balconies.

Outdoors there are two tennis courts and two pools for your convenience. There is a man made pond on the premises to preserve the natural beauty of the complex. Sorry, no swimming or boating is allowed in the pond for your own safety.
