There are 269 two bedroom units.  All units have balconies and 1 1/2 baths, wall to wall carpeting in a neutral beige or brown tone, air conditioning, GE kitchen with frost free refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher and disposal. Heat and hot water are included in the rent for all units. Laundry facilities are provided either within the unit itself or on the premises.

The  two bedroom layouts are the Devonshire and Foxboro.  

The Devonshire floor plan is found only on the first floor and has an eat-in kitchen.  The rate for the Devonshire is $1,275.00 per month.

The Foxboro floor plan has a separate dining room and can be found on the first, second and third floors. The monthly rate for the Foxboro is $1,295.00.

Outdoors there are two tennis courts and two pools for your convenience. There is a man made pond on the premises to preserve the natural beauty of the complex. Sorry, no swimming or boating is allowed in the pond for your own safety.
