There are a hundred and one reasons why every office should have at least one shared-access database system. But near the top of the list you will probably find: the need to stay organized, maximize productivity and keep good records. DES has over eight years of experience in transitioning those old spreadsheets, notebooks stickies, e-mails and attachments into a systematic methodology that will cause you to wonder "why didn't we do this before?"

The answer would probably be that Goldmine, ACT, MS Project or some other off-the-shelf database application assured you (in the text on the back of the box) that they have the best technology for your need. This is not necessarily so.
