Let's walk through the development process:

1. After you contact us, we will arrange for a free, no-obligation consultation
2. You've decided to go with DES. We will arrange with you how we can achieve your goals within a time frame.

3. We will interview the process and personnel (if necessary) and schedule Alpha release (initial system) development sessions to ensure that you will be involved in every phase of the process all the way to the final release.

4. We will demonstrate an Alpha version of the database system, leave it with you to examine and then begin work on the Beta release (final before implementation).

5. When the Beta release is ready to be implemented, we will develop user instruction guides and offer plans for a both a gradual and an immediate migration to the new system. We will work with you to ensure a smooth (as possible) migration to the new system. If needed, we will bring third parties to handle data entry.
6. We will respond to all issues with all necessary dispatch until your goals are achieved.

Beyond your goals, we will provide services that help keep you on top of any enhancement need for your system, including updated user guides, training for your support people or new user training sessions. Call us.
