Sport and Recreation Queensland, Department of Innovation and Information Economy, Sport and Recreation Queensland administers the following financial assistance programs in Queensland:
Grants for half the cost of building, [you have to find the other half of the funds!!! bugger!!!!!]
Your local council can find the other half of the funds through State and Federal grants, but of course no one"s heard of Inline Hockey so they continue to build Basketball court after Basketball court!!!!
The grants for Education/Training and the Participation Initiatives In the Recreation Development Program are interesting but need a lot of forward planning and organisation.
