| In April 2004, I was able to obtain over 250 Spanish textbooks for Primary Grades. The School of Education office at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas was going to throw away. I work in the School of Education office and I knew a group of students from the Angelo State BSM were going on a mission trip to Predras Negras, Mexico so I loaded the books up in a truck and took them to the person in charge on the trip, Dan Nagel. Dan attendents Southland Baptist Church of San Angelo and he leads a team that goes onced a month to Mexico. |
| Dan said that in the orphanage they were going to in Predras Negras valus what books they have with so much they lock them up when not in use. "Last year at Christmas we took a set of Spanish Dictonaries to the orpahanage," says Dan, "it was like we brought manna from Heaven." Dan went on to say that these books would be well used and a great blessing to the Mexican children at the orphanage. Contine to Pray that the Lord will use people to reach people in Mexico for Christ Glory. I ask you that in your job you look around for oppurtunities to serve Christ. Before this I was struggling in my boring office job, because I felt that I wasn't doing anything for the Glory of God. Then after I asked God to use me he did. -Matthew Rottman <>< 1st Thess. 4:12 <>< |
