Education, being , the most important determinant of Human Development Index, the Governing Body of the pnachayat has been keen in strengthening the educational insfrastructure.
        
      The Panchayat has to its credit a number of schools-aided and government. Through concerted efforts, we have tried to strengthen the public education system. For this purpose, continuous training, monitoring and evaluation of the schools, teachers and students have become a core strategy for the last few years. It has resulted in the low drop-out rates and better results in the annual examinations.
