AU GRATIN POTATOES

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can of potato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can fream of cheddar soup
1 8 oz. carton of sour cream
handful of dried onions

Mix and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 in a 9+13 pan.
SPAGHETTI PIE

1 pkg. pepperoni
2 lb. hamburger
salt and pepper
onion
green pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. pkg. cooked spaghetti
2 C. Mozzarella cheese
1 C. Cheddar cheese
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. mushrooms
1 C. milk
green olives

Brown hamburger, onion and green peppers. Drain. Cook spaghetti. Put spaghetti in greased 9+13 inch pan and cover with egg and pour milk that has been beaten together. Mix sauce and hamburger. Pour over spaghetti. Cover with pepperoni and mushrooms. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Add cheeses and olives. Bake for 10 minutes.
GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

2 pints green beans
1 can mushroom soup
1 can French fried onion fring

Mix this all togethr and put in casserole. Bake for about 45 minutes.
PARM-A-CHICKEN

5 or 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
dash pepper
1 egg slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 C. melted margarine

Heat oven to 350. Combine cheese, flour and seasonings. Dip chicken in egg-milk mixture. Coat with cheese mixture. Arrange in baking dish. Pour margarine oover chicken and bake 1 hour.
BARBECUED HAMBURGER

1 lb. hamburger
3/4 C. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Brown 1 pound hamburger. Spoon off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
SLOPPY JOES

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 C. chopped celery
1/3 C. chopped green bell pepper
1/3 C. catsup
1/4 C. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 C. red bell pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
CHIPPED ROAST BEEF

4 lb. to 6 lb. roast beef
1 pkg. au jus mix
1 pkg. onion soup mix
4 C. water, add more if needed

Slice beef 1/4 inch thinc (thinner don't matter). Trim fat and debone. Put in electric fry pan or roaster, cook at 300 degrees until tender, 1 1/2 -3 hours. Cool slow
HAMBURGER STROGANOFF

1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. beef bouillon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 C. water
1 C. sour cream
noodles

Brown hamburger, onion and garlic then drain. Mix in flour, bouillon, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Stir in water and heat to  boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat and serve over noodles.
POTATO CASSEROLE

2 lb. hash browns
1 can celery soup
1 C. sour cream
1 can potato soup
1/2 C. chopped onion
chopped cooked chicken or ham
1 C. grated Cheddar cheese

Stir soups together. Add onion and hash browns. Pour in greased 9+13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
NO WATCH BEEF ROAST

3 to 4 lb. beef roast
1 or 2 cans condenced tomato soup
1 1/2 oz. pkg. onion soup mix

P;ace meat in roaster with tight fitting lid. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Bake at 325 for 3 to 4 hours. This makes a good gravy.
Bar-Be-Cue

3 lbs. ground beef
2 cans chicken gumbo soup
1 can tomato soup
Catsup to color
2-3 Tbsp. onion flakes
McCormick bar-be-cue spice
1/2 tsp. sugar

Simmer 2-3 hours.
CROCKPOT SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM

4 C. potatoes, peeled and sliced
16 oz. ham
1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (13 oz.) can of evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes (optional)

Put potatoes into a freased crock pot. Add cut up ham. Combine soup, milk and parsley flakes. Add to crockpot. Cook on high for 2-2 1/2 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. Makes approximately 10 servings.
SLOPPY JOES

1 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 onion, chopped fine

Brown hamburger, drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
FANTASTIC SWISS STEAK

2 lb. beef round steak
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 C. margarine
1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 C. chopped carrots
1 C. chopped green pepper
1 C. chopped celery
1 (16 oz) can tomaotes
1 C. beef bouillon

Rub steak with garlic. Pound in salt, pepper and as much flour as meat will hold. Cut into serving size pieces. Melt margarine in Dutch oven. Sear both sides of meat. Add vegetables and bouillon. Cover. Bake at 325 for 2 hours. Serve with noodles. Yield 4 to   6 servings.
CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE

1 1/3 C. rice
1 C. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 cut up chicken

Grease 9+13 pan. Mix rice, milk, soups and place cut up raw chicken on top. (skin side up). Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil. Bake for 2 hours at 350.
PIZZA HOTDISH

2 C. macaroni
1 lb. hamburger
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
15 1/2 oz. Prego or pizza sauce
Chopped onion
1 tbsp. salad oil (optional)
4 oz. pepperoni

Cook macaroni; brown hamburger and add Prego. Put in layers macaroni, hamburger, cheese, pepperoni. End with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees.
MEATBALLS AND GRAVY

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 C. onion
3/4 C. breadcrumbs
1 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 C. milk
1/4 C. oil
1/4 C. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 C. boiling water
3/4 C. sour cream

Mix hamburger, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, egg and milk together and form into balls. Brown in 1/4 C. oil. Remove meatballs from pan and stir in the following: flour, paprika, salt, pepper, boiling water and sour cream. Stir together; add meatballs and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
