CROCKPOT BEANS 

1 lb. Northern beans
5 C. water
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 C. white sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. molasses
mustard 1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 lb. bacon or ham diced
2 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 C. chopped onion

Combine all ingredients, put in crockpot on high, till hot then on low, leave in crockpot till done, will take all day or all night. 
            

BAKED RICE

1 C. rice
3/4 C. sweet cream
1/2 C. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. washed raisins

Boil rice until tender. Drain and add cream, sugar, eggs, salt and raisins. Put in casserole and bake uncovered in moderate oven about 30-45 minutes and until nice and brown. Makes 8 Servings.
POTATO BAKE

1 large pkg. hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
minced onion

Heat all but hash browns until cheese is melted. Pour over hash browns in greased 9+13 pan. Bake 1 1/2 -2 hours at 350. 10 minutes before serving add 1 cup grated cheese-bake covered until last 10 minutes.
SCALLOPED POTATOES

2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 C. corn flakes

Mix hash browns, butter, cheddar cheese, salt, chicken soup, sour cream and onion. Place in a 9+13 pan. Cover with a mixture of melted butter and corn flakes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. For an easy casserole add 1 1/2 lb. of browned hamburger or choped ham and a soup can of water.
CHEDDARY POUCH POTATOES

1 Can (10 3/4 ounces) CAMPBELL'S Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/4 C. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
4 C. frozen steak fried
Paprika

In large bowl mix soup, milk, garlic powder and onion powder. Stir in potatoes.
Cut four 14 inch squares of heavy duty aluminum foil. Spoon 1 C. soup mixture onto each square, arranging potatoes to make a single layer. Sprinkle with paprika. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to make packet.
Place potato packets on grill rack over medium hot coals. Grill 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Or you can put them in oven on a baking sheet at 350 degreese for 25 minutes.
