Recently finished PhD
at Humboldt University and Paul-Drude Institute, Berlin. My research
area is Ferromagnet-semiconductor hybrid structures for spintronics
applications. My special interest include, ferromagnet/semiconductor hybrid
structures, MBE growth, magnetic thin films,
spintronics, magnetotransport and magneto-optics. |
