Matthew 10:8 :: New American Standard Bible (NASB)
1 “But mark this: There
will be terrible times in the last days.
2 People will be lovers of
themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy,
3 without
love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers
of the good,
4 treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of
pleasure rather than lovers of God—
5 having a form of godliness but denying its
power. Have nothing to do with them.
6 They are
the kind who worm their
way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all
kinds of evil desires,
7 always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth.
8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses,
so also these men oppose the truth--men of depraved minds, who, as far as
the faith is concerned, are rejected.
9 But they
will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly
will be clear to everyone.”

What a
humiliation…
- The Australian Stalker
If he
publishes those material…it will be like chutney…
- The local stalker
(Note:
chutney is a South Indian paste like food prepared from grounded coconut) Here
the term refers to “pulverizing” a person or a group of people by shaming, embarrassing…
Why
use these spy devices? I am not dealing with anyone in the personal level at
all, for I don’t have anything to do with strangers.
Use
of spy devices is just violating other’s privacy beyond any limits. I just
reported that with example.
Now
if you are too specific on humiliation, be more mature in your thought pattern.
Try to see the opposite side which gives the same meaning or effect. How come
many modern society women say regarding this case study: “What a true love!!”,
“How many such women are out there…in any society, state or nation …who can
love a man so much …that she could even feel his thoughts…read his mind?...know
what the man will do…is up to …at any time …without even seeing him… without
even talking to him…” Isn’t such a woman any normal man will dream for? Isn’t
such a woman any normal man will die for?
Instead
of humiliation, don’t you think the writing is actually making the woman
mentioned in the case study very glamorous; an ideal of true love? For having
done many, many things which a normal woman don’t do to claim her “love”?
Ponder on that…Of course, certain mistakes happened which “stuffed” up the
whole thing permanently which will in turn act as a learning process to many
love-birds – things which so called women-in-love should not do or repeat or
make mistake. Something like you may do anything to get something, but certain
mistakes destroy all that …
BUT,
being women, the world doesn’t end for them. There is no shortage of men in
this planet. There will be many men who will want to have a “true” relationship
with such women who worked very hard…You just move on…

But when I look into the comparison, there in that land, somebody was there who
did not use any bugging or spy devices to learn what she wanted to learn. Some
romantic writers may term it “true love”. Later on she used spy devices just to
keep track and have a record of conversation etc.
But all

You
know,…you…destroyed…yourself…
- A woman accomplice to the
Australian stalker
Today,
the other copycat women stalking along the same lines are repeating the same
process of destroying themselves in the pretext of some mythical love.
How can
I forget…
- The Australian stalker
That
is what happens, with day in and day out monitoring. You become a dummy. You
reach a stage where you just can’t forget the monitoring target. A useless vegetable
you become, with nothing else to do, CREATED by your own fantasy. Later on in
life, however hard you try to forget, you just can’t. Even if you try to marry
someone else and start a new life, your past action of monitoring another man
and thoughts about him comes back as a nightmare to haunt you. You destroyed
YOURSELF. For you thought you can get a man, which you couldn’t. For the man
being aware, just decided not to have anything to do with you. You are just
left on your own by the road-side, on a one-way path, to sort it out. In
majority of cases, your life will be a failure, unable to sort it out
yourself…Forever living in your past …a world of fantasy…
I
advised…many times…to leave…to “get lost”…you did not listen…
Even
in the bud state, the moment you know a person is not interested, you should
have left…abandoned…but then you didn’t, for you live in a world of
fantasy…with adultery as fashion…
By
constantly monitoring and following you thought you can show yourself as a
special person to the other. But don’t you know your assumption is WRONG. You
are considered as a person who don’t have anything else to do in your life.
Something like a dead luggage, of no use. Who cares for a dead luggage? Who
wants to carry a dead luggage? Why waste money, time and effort on something
with no returns? For what use to carry from one place to another, only to keep
somewhere as storage, of no use. Isn’t better to throw it away, discard it than
bother about carrying it or transporting it at all, from the very start itself?
The added feature of these modern society women is their adultery. They destroy
you from within. Though they don’t give any returns, they harm you mentally,
for they don’t know to mind their own business. They are promiscuous in
behavior.
In short,
they who tried to portray themselves as the ideal are not the ideal at all.
Even
those greedy guardians, in the case of the local copycats, elder men and women,
who prod you to continue on your path, too suffer for their stubborn
ignorance…for as guardians they too become failures…improper parenting…
All
just living on…monitoring…and monitoring…and the days…drags
on…weeks…months…years…
Older
and older we become …the hairs turn white...the body starts to weaken…starts to
get old…

This
land got dirty. The people here are bad…
- A local predator
What
is a land? How can a land get dirty?
It is
the people. But before we deal with the people, we deal with each and every
person. Only when a person get clean himself or herself, can the people be
good. One by one. Finally a whole group of people in a land. Are you clean
yourself? If not then why say the land and its people are bad?
Do
you have the attitude - he is just like me. I have to respect his personal
privacy. Have you done that? No, you watch with the help of spy devices how
urine comes out of his organ, how fecal matter pass out of his body. You invite
others also to watch. Then you utter some God’s name also. Know that it is *?!
like you that spoil this land, by your carnal behavior? If you don’t know what
to see and what to look, then why complain about this land and its people? Do
you get the titillation by watching your own urine and fecal matter passing out
of your body, *?! Why I call you *?! is because you don’t have a father. If you
had, you would have been beaten and tamed properly in your youth on good
manners. The father you had was just for namesake only, for educational
certificate purposes, for publicity.

It

The
surprising fact is the voyeur never thought the activity was disgusting while

it was a temple, the sanctity of the temple premises, the privacy of its

Certain
spy devices like the emission devices have long range power to monitor major
movements of the target (walking into this room, that room, going to toilet
etc)inside his or her own residence from a long distance away (over 100m), even
through thick walls (cemented, bricked, even 14 inches thick). Even facilitates
computer hacking, cyber stalking by the detailed reading of anything that comes
up on the screen even confidential emails. But for pin-point accuracy, like
reading the writing materials, reading the books, anything that deals with paper (anything that is NOT on the computer system) along with
the target, by staying far away, covertly, will be hard. Will not be clearly legible. You just have
to be “close by”, NOT over 100m separation. That is where your neighbors come
into picture. The predators have to have close liaison with your neighbors to use their services in the form of
the neighbors monitoring for you or even using their premises to use the spy
equipment yourself. Say less than 100m will be needed for the reading of the
paper materials (newspapers, notes, books, letters etc in paper form; that is
NOT on computer) that the target read; reading what the target write (notes,
letters etc in paper form; that is NOT on computer) covertly using emission
devices. This factor is of tremendous importance. Say a victim writes down his
stalking evidence on a paper, or stalking paper note book (something like a log-book) instead of onto the
computer. Using the spy devices, the predators note down the evidence from
their neighborhood observation post character by character, word by word…It is
already mentioned the creation of mirror evidence by forgery to incriminate the
stalking victim, using his own evidence.
This
factor is something to be taken into consideration when the law enforcement
takes up the case for investigation. The local allies…in covert spying…

JUDICIARY
Judgement Day
Should judges be judged? The answer, in view of allegations of misconduct, is obvious. The debate is on how to do it.
BHAVDEEP KANG
Three years after the conference of chief justices resolved to adopt a code of conduct for the higher judiciary, recent charges of misconduct by judges of various high courts have once again focused attention on the need for a strong dose of judicial accountability.
The charges are serious enough—from sexual harassment to carousing in a restaurant to nepotism—to have prompted Supreme Court Chief Justice G.B. Pattanaik to conduct independent inquiries into all the allegations. If personally satisfied that there is a prima facie case, he says he may even ask the concerned judges to resign.
Under the Peruke
While Justice Pattanaik (see interview) believes that the Supreme Court's in-house procedure for dealing with such cases is adequate, many legal experts feel Parliament must enact a law to make the code of conduct for judges mandatory. Says former CJI A.S. Anand: "Judges are accountable to one billion people. With that in view, a committee of SC judges drafted a code of conduct (Restatement of Values in Judicial Life) which was adopted by all the high courts.
A.S. Anand, an ex-CJI who faced allegations, is all for a formal law that screens bogus charges.
We also drafted a procedure for dealing with judges who flouted the code. This, too, was accepted. But no statutory base has yet been accorded to the code, despite representations to the government."
The need for a mandatory code of conduct is felt when one weighs the latest allegations of judicial misconduct:
Within the existing parameters, says former Union law minister and eminent Supreme Court lawyer Shanti Bhushan, the present CJI is doing just what the doctor would order. "He has said he'll conduct independent inquiries (in the Rajasthan and Karnataka incidents) and if satisfied prima facie that there is a case, he'll ask for the judges' resignations. If they don't oblige, he will resort to constitutional provisions, which means he'll write to the government for initiating impeachment proceedings."
But, according to lawyer Prashant Bhushan, the real test for the CJI (and the voluntary code of conduct) will be the Punjab & Haryana High Court case in which three judges were accused of nepotism. The first part of the in-house procedure has already been followed, with former CJI B.N. Kirpal having received a report from the Punjab and Haryana chief justice. "It is for the current incumbent to take action on the report," adds Bhushan.
Former CJI S.P. Bharucha had estimated the extent of corruption in the judiciary as being 20 per cent. Says Justice Michael Saldahna of the Karnataka HC: "My reading is that it is 33 per cent." More important than the actual incidence of corruption, he says, is the public's perception of the judiciary. Says he: "In the Punjab & Haryana HC case, three judges got personal favours from the chairman of the Punjab Public Service Commission. This is reported by the media and the common man believes something scandalous has taken place in the judiciary."
Anand maintains the voluntary code in itself is not enough and that legislative sanction for it is long overdue. "The time has come for the government to take steps, so that some action—apart from impeachment—is possible." While the details need to be worked out, he says complaints must be on the basis of an affidavit and the judge must be given a fair hearing. There could also be an investigative agency manned by the judiciary to assist the CJI in his inquiry.
Justice Saldahna agrees that a constitutional amendment setting up a statutory body—"say, like the Central Vigilance Commission, with retired CJIs"—is desirable. He created a furore among his colleagues when he said the judges who are currently under a cloud for public misconduct should clear the air. "If these allegations are true, they would erode the confidence of the bar and litigants, making it impossible for the (judge) to continue functioning," said Justice Saldahna.
Formulating a statutory procedure
for dealing with complaints against the judiciary is useful for the judges as
well, says Anand. "It is easy for some
disgruntled litigants to make allegations that can damage the image of a judge.
So, it is in the interests of judges and also the institution that there is
some mechanism by which complaints are looked into. If proved baseless, the
person levelling the charges will be held
accountable." Credibility is a judge's
greatest asset, he points out. To maintain
it, all allegations must be probed.
In fact, Justice Anand was himself at the receiving end of charges of
judicial misconduct, regarding land deals in j&k
and Madhya Pradesh, but never defended himself publicly. The eminent SC
advocate Shanti Bhushan had
written to the President, prime minister and judges of the SC alleging that the
then CJI had compromised his judicial integrity during his tenure in the j&k High Court. Nothing came of it, but the Committee
On Judicial Accountability (coja), comprising eminent
members of the Bar like Shanti Bhushan,
Indira Jai Singh and Ram Jethmalani
as well as former members of the Bench like V.M. Tarkunde
and Rajinder Sachar,
pointed out that there was no credible mechanism to
inquire into complaints against the higher judiciary.
The coja proposed the setting up of a National Judicial Commission (njc) through an Act of Parliament to deal with misconduct by judges (as well as appointments). It would comprise five members appointed respectively on the recommendation of all the sitting judges of the SC, all the chief justices of the high courts, the cabinet, the leader of the Opposition and the Bar Council of India. The njc would have an investigative machinery under its administrative control and its recommendations would be mandatory. The proposal cited Parliament's refusal to impeach SC justice V. Ramaswami, even after a committee of his fellow judges had found him guilty of misconduct and urged his impeachment.
Says former Bombay High Court judge Hosbet Suresh: "It's important to set up a judicial performance commission to assess the performance of judges and deal with complaints of misconduct because at the level of the higher judiciary, impeachment is the only way to remove a judge." Former SC judge V.R. Krishna Iyer also believes that a law to give statutory power to the code of conduct, through a constitutional amendment, is desirable. "I had suggested a judicial performance commission but now I am in two minds about that," he observed.
The government has no role to play, either as investigator or enforcer, because of the immunity enjoyed by the higher judiciary, no member of which can be investigated without the sanction of the CJI. And such a sanction has never been sought, with the government preferring to leave such sensitive matters to the CJI. "While we may hear of serious complaints against a particular justice and even get to see copies of the complaints, we have no power to pursue them," says a senior law ministry official.
At
times, it is the government that dilly-dallies. Law ministry sources cite the
case of a Rajasthan HC judge twice accused
of aggressive homosexual behaviour. The CJI was satisfied that the charges were prima facie
true. But when he wrote to the central government recommending impeachment, he
was asked to re-examine the matter to be sure the case was watertight and no
re-enactment of the Ramaswami case would occur. The
case was passed on from one CJI to the next and then dropped altogether.
The government is yet again
contemplating the setting up of a National Judicial
Commission, as recommended by the Constitution Review Commission. It is
to be chaired by the CJI, but whether it will deal with appointments alone or
whether it would have punitive powers to deal with instances of misconduct by
judges, hasn't yet been decided. Till such time
that some mechanism is put in place, only the judges can judge themselves.

Some Relevant
Indian Cyber Law Clauses
…along with the passage of the IT
Bill, the Indian Evidence Act is being simultaneously modified to include
"Electronic Documents" as acceptable
modes by which evidence can be tendered in a court of law. This means
that copies of an "e-mail," a "text file," a "Web page," an "Audio
clipping" or a "Video clipping" can
be produced by one of the lawyers either to prove his client’s view point or to
disprove his opponent’s view point.
(Reference: Na. Vijayashankar.
Cyber Laws: Lawyers wake up, the world around you has
changed
According to section 77 of the draft bill, (the IT Bill-99) any
offence under the Bill can be investigated only by a police
officer not below the rank of a Deputy Superintendent of Police.
According to section 79 of the Bill, such an officer (or any other officer of the central government or a State government authorised by the Central government) "may enter any public place and search and arrest without warrant any person found therein who is reasonably suspected of having committed or of committing or of being about to commit any offence under the act". Where any person is arrested under this section other than by the police officer, such a person has to be produced before a magistrate or a police officer in charge of a police station without unnecessary delay.
As one can make out this provision is to control misuse of public Internet access systems in a Cyber Café, Hotel or such other places where the public have an access. It must be noted that the section doesn’t apply to home or offices. It appears, therefore, that the provision is only meant to take quick remedial action when an offence is being committed or about to be committed as well as cases where such places are being habitually used for committing offences.

There
are many cases of law violation in other spheres of society, like food control,
drug control, pest control, animal control etc. Any sphere, or area, you name
it, there will be violations of some sort. BUT when you deal with technology,
and computers, and you, no matter which nation, have a future based on
e-commerce, internet, then violation of laws in that specific area or sphere is
something which NO nation can neglect just like that. The action for law
violation just have to be something severe to prevent copycats, not like just
any other punishment for law violation in other spheres or sectors. Those who
understand the seriousness of an economy built up with computer networks, with
computer hacking, web hacking etc, will that economy be stable? They are even
bringing in life imprisonment for website hackers, (refer the US cyber
laws)…for such is the level of seriousness. See in this case study, any thing
that appears on the computer screen is hacked. Can I enter by bank account
number or credit card numbers? Passwords? Confidential emails? What sort of
transaction can I do now, with this type of hacking going on round the clock,
24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Naturally the culprits, once identified, you
just can’t let them go freely…

It is a
very queer scenario... When we approach the authorities or publish details
about the stalking, pressure builds up tremendously on the stalkers camp.
Something just have to be done. So far no success with all the time, money,
resources spend. All wasted. NOW, WHAT? Quick…an immediate solution is
required! What they normally do under such a high-pressure scenario is to
intensify their efforts. Follow with more force on the same unsuccessful path.
Why? Because the cops, press, and the authorities are looking into the case. If
you can get the guy cornered, even in the last minute, THEN in a single stroke,
the whole case can be nullified! The website can be withdrawn. Everything can
be hush-hush. For we can “convince” him through her. OTHERWISE, it will be a
nightmare…for days, …weeks,…months…not only for the stalkers, …but for the
accomplices, the predators as well as all those men and women who supported the
clandestine covert surveillance. Some of the women stalkers will even go the
extent of behaving in an absolute dishonor way, unsuitable to women, in public,
like having erotic thrill, displaying sexual titillation, excessive thrusting
or pushing forward or protruding the breasts, shifting clothes (sexually
explicit dress and colors) this way and that way (partial undressing) etc to
catch attention of their target! In some tense scenarios, they might even go
further with the split second raising of the lower garments, with “nothing”
underneath, to imply the indirect message, “I am waiting…”. Having
undergarments and then raising the lower outer garments may not convey the
indirect message clearly! “Somehow…!!”

Doesn’t
matter whether you are a man or woman. Imagine laying flat on the floor or bed.
Spread you legs slightly and bent or fold them. Yes, it is true you have
covered your lower part of the body with clothes. But do you know the anal
opening is more prominent to be seen at that position? Now do also know that
there are men and women in this world who will use resolution type of emission
devices to watch the anal opening at that juncture? By adjusting the
resolution, they penetrate through the walls, and even the cloths that you cover
your areas of privacy. They only have to be at an angle exactly opposite to
your laying posture, the way you have slightly spread your legs; even if from
the neighboring building. HOW WILL YOU FEEL, such blatant violation of your
basic privacy? Such *?! men and women are nowadays more common and frequent in
any society. Men and women who do and watch shamelessly just anything, without
the slightest honor or decency. Can you fight them? Abuse them? Beat them? Kill
them? NO. For what they watched, the specific event, covertly and with purpose
is already over. A past thing. You are violated. They may repeat again…But
there is no point in fighting them verbally, bodily or mentally. The only thing
you can do with such identified men and women, is to avoid, under all
circumstances. For their mentality is one of the worst. Never talk to them.
Never even look at them. Just avoid. They don’t listen to any moral advice or
anything. You can ask questions to yourself, “Don’t these voyeur men and women
have anal opening in their body? Urinal opening in their body? Can’t they see
their own holes?” BUT to them, all such concepts and questioning are
meaningless. They need only the erotic titillation, the sexual thrill, for
satisfaction of their flesh, no matter in what manner. One another thing you
can do is to expose their identity and activities to the public. To shame them
on their own bad habits. Show the world, how men and women can be, whether they
are educated or not, in misbehaving to their fellow brothers and sisters, even
neighbors…without any form of respect. Their own action will shame and disgrace
them. Bad name, ill repute - something that will stay for ever. Something that
can never ever be washed away. Something that can even be carried over to
generations, for if they have children or family etc, they too carry the bad
name.

The moral is never look what you are not supposed to look.
Especially in purpose, with intent. Whether the stranger is a man or woman,
will a person go and part the stranger’s clothes to watch, to examine their
anal or urinal opening? You can use the words, “Disgusting!, “Nasty!”. Such is
the action, even covertly, of those who use spy devices, emission devices with
resolution to watch the private and covered parts of strangers, living in the
privacy of their own residences. Men and women without any morality, people who
don’t know how to behave nor to control themselves. They do just anything…watch
anything…say anything…To some, it is even a conquest story to be narrated among
their friends, over a casual chit-chat “I watched such and such…”. “The size is
such and such…” A way of claiming credit, of having done something
“spectacular”…They just show off their dirty linen in public…Their own dirty
mind, thoughts and deeds…To the new generation, the word “dirty” itself is
fashion. To become dirty is glamorous. Something which by itself will enable
any man or woman of decency, of right education and upbringing, to separate
them, to avoid them from any contact or dealing whatsoever.

What a good device – these spy devices!! Even from a
distance you can examine closely the private areas - the hidden holes, the
boneless flesh etc of any man, woman, young and old. It doesn’t even matter
whether they are priests, monks, celibates, nuns or whoever.
Imagine the case of stalkers using such spy devices to monitor
the victim “inside
out” …

What can you do, then?
Just a state where, you are clothed but not clothed.
Even if you are clothed from top to bottom, always
visualize that you are a “Digambara” (the Jain monks,
without any clothes). Imagine you are walking about nude, in the natural state
of creation. Then many of the mental blocks of shame and embarrassment could be
removed…And just don’t bother about shame. But you can reverse it and shame
those who have “never ever seen” an organ or hole before; even in their own
body!

The Australian Stalker: He might be leaving Melbourne…
The old man: Does it matter?…We follow…
The Australian Stalker: He might go somewhere else…some
other city…
The old man: Let him run all over Australia…We will follow
and hunt him…Ha…ha…ha…

…How come mention of such spy devices of “nightmare” rarely
mentioned in the Australian press? …For the ones who commencing this nightmare
in my life are a group of Australians, and today they are in my home territory
instigating others also (the local ones) on the same path of nightmare…

“Thou belongest
to That Which
Is Undying, and not merely to time alone,” murmured the Sphinx, breaking its muteness at last. “Thou art
eternal, and not merely
of the vanishing flesh. The soul in man cannot be killed, cannot die. It waits, shroud-wrapped,
in thy heart, as I waited,
sand-wrapped, in thy world. Know thyself, O mortal! For there is One within thee, as in all men, that
comes and stands at the bar and bears
witness that there IS a God!”
