One option is to directly complain with name and address to
the courts, law agencies, human rights commission etc of both

agencies, press, law enforcement etc on the precise location, say the city

welfare of the people will be forced to launch internal criminal investigations

The role of the victim’s character – something which the

hospital staff even raped an admitted woman patient in the hospital ward
