1 “But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days.
2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents,
ungrateful, unholy,
3 without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good,
4 treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God—
5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with
them.
6 They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil
desires,
7 always learning but never able to acknowledge
the truth.
8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men oppose the truth--men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is
concerned, are rejected.
9 But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear
to everyone.”

Know your enemy and know yourself;
in a hundred battles, you
will never be defeated.
When you are ignorant of the enemy but know yourself,

If ignorant both of your enemy and of yourself,
you are sure to be defeated in
every battle.

Words of wisdom
10 My son, if
sinners entice thee, consent thou not.
- Proverbs
1 My son, attend unto
my wisdom, and bow thine ear to my understanding:
2 That thou mayest
regard discretion, and that thy lips may keep knowledge.
3
For the lips of a strange
woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil:
4 But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged
sword.
5 Her feet
go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.
6 Lest thou shouldest
ponder the path of life, her ways are
moveable, that thou canst not know them.
7 Hear me now therefore, O ye children, and depart not from the words of my mouth.
8 Remove
thy way far from her, and come not nigh the door of her house:
9 Lest thou give thine honour unto others, and thy years unto
the cruel:
10 Lest strangers be filled with thy wealth; and thy labours be in the house of a stranger;
11 And thou
mourn at the last, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed,
12 And say, How have I
hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof;
13 And have
not obeyed the voice of my teachers, nor inclined mine ear to them that instructed me!
14 I was
almost in all evil in the midst of the congregation and assembly.
- Proverbs 5:1-14
:: King James Version (KJV)
reproof
n.
an
expression of criticism and censure; "he had to take the rebuke with a
smile on his face" [syn: rebuke, reproval, reprehension, reprimand]
v.
censure severely or angrily;
23 For the
commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:
24 To keep thee from the evil woman, from the flattery of
the tongue of a strange woman.
25 Lust not
after her beauty in thine heart; neither let her take
thee with her eyelids.
26 For by
means of a whorish woman a man is brought to a piece of bread: and the adultress will hunt for the precious life.
27 Can a man
take fire in his bosom,
and his clothes not be burned?
28 Can one go upon hot coals, and his feet not be burned?
29 So he
that goeth in to his neighbour's
wife; whosoever toucheth
her shall not be innocent.
30 Men do
not despise a thief, if he steal to satisfy his soul when he is hungry;
31 But if he
be found, he
shall restore sevenfold; he shall give all the substance of his house.
32 But whoso
committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding: he that doeth it destroyeth his
own soul.
33 A wound
and dishonour shall he get; and his reproach shall not be
wiped away.
34 For
jealousy is the rage of a man: therefore he will not spare in the day of vengeance.
35 He will
not regard any ransom; neither will he rest content,
though thou givest
many gifts.
- Proverbs 6:23-35

To bring shame upon; disgrace.
1 My son, keep my words, and lay up my
commandments with thee.
2 Keep my
commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine
eye.
3 Bind them
upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine
heart.
4 Say unto
wisdom, Thou art my sister; and call understanding thy kinswoman:
5 That they
may keep thee from the strange woman, from the stranger which flattereth
with her words.
6 For at the window of my house I looked through my casement,
7 And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of
understanding,
8 Passing
through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house,
9 In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night:
10 And, behold, there
met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart.
11 (She is
loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house:
12 Now is
she without, now
in the streets, and lieth in wait at every corner.)
13 So she
caught him, and kissed him, and with an impudent face said unto him,
14 I have
peace offerings with me; this day have I payed my vows.
15 Therefore
came I forth to meet thee, diligently to seek
thy face, and I have found thee.
16 I have
decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with carved works, with fine linen of
17 I have perfumed
my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.
18 Come, let us take our fill of love until the morning: let us solace
ourselves with loves.
19 For the goodman
is not at home, he is gone a long journey:
20 He hath
taken a bag of money with him, and will come home at the day appointed.
21 With her much fair speech she caused him to yield,
with the flattering of her lips she forced him.
22 He goeth after her straightway,
as an ox goeth to
the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks;
23 Till a
dart strike through his liver; as a bird hasteth to the snare, and knoweth not that it is for his life.
24 Hearken
unto me now therefore, O ye children, and attend to the words of my mouth.
25 Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her
paths.
26 For she
hath cast down many wounded: yea, many strong men have been slain by her.
27 Her house
is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.

Advice:
If you want to stop stalking, you need a credible deterrent. Stalking in other
words is trying to force adultery. In Islam, that forcing process carries death
sentence both to the stalker/s and as well as to the stalker’s accomplices (the
predators). That law needs to be implemented, irrespective of religion, society
or nation.
When
you imagine yourself to be a prey hunted mercilessly from one place to another,
by a pack of predators for a long, long time; feel and understand the life of a
hunted prey, then you will understand the role of the punishment given above
for the adulterers. When you think you can take a bit of rest, without causing
any trouble to anyone, in a secluded place, still they come even through the
walls of your “hide-out” with their advanced technology for monitoring!
10 My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.
- Proverbs
If you are a victim, remember that you do not deserve to be
stalked
or battered in a relationship.
(Reference: Stalking.)
The
laws of the Buddha are applicable for those in separation – for those who left
society. But in society, there are criminals, to whom the non-violent laws are
not applicable. It just helps them in their violent path, for they need not
fear any violence in return! The religious ones never fight back; merely suffer
in silence whatever the criminals indulge in, for whatever crime duration. So
in society, you need certain violent laws to control. To
instill fear and thus “tame” the unlawful.
"An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth” so goes the egalitarian standard.
(Reference: King, L. W. (Trans) (1915), Brians, Paul. (edited) The Code of Hammurabi. (18th
Century BCE).)
‘Permission is granted
unto those who have taken up arms against the unbelievers, for they have suffered
persecution; and verily Allah is well able to succour them.
Those who have been driven
out of their homes wrongfully, only because they say: Our Lord is Allah.’
(Reference: Brunton, Paul. (1962) A Search in Secret
Are
stalkers after love or lust - Obsessive eroticism, vulgar sex with money as
payment (the word “payment” in this cases is abusive; money in this cases is a voluntary
give-away, as a token of satisfaction)? Many societies misunderstand the
continuous following of a woman after a stranger man as romantic love. These
writing shows that what society call love and what society imagine, fantasize
or define love are entirely different. Today love is only a money-making
attribute. Both lust and greediness for money disguise as love. Look into the
some of the profiles of the stalker women, their past way of life. What else
can any educated man or woman
infer? Yet there were “educated” and “intelligent” people for
offered help and facilities for the continuation of the predatory behavior,
without any self dignity, as the case of the business man.
A
reasoning provided was that this type of women satisfies the erotic emotions
and carnal passions of many a man. Therefore it is their responsibility to
ensure that this women of sexual satisfaction ought to have a decent house or
family, as a form of “settled life”, no matter how or what; resulting in a
sizable predator gang of men to help.
Imagine the level
of values of those men and women comprising such a predatory gang.
Sometimes I used
to wonder why this nation hasn’t a younger generation to lead, instead of the
current old men. Partly it could be the level of character degradation of
modern young men and women.
(Note: In the
following writings, stalkers are women and predators are the male accomplices
of the stalkers. Know the differentiation of the two words in this specific
writing context.)
Certain tips for the law enforcement
1. If you directly approach
the violators, the typical answer is “I don’t know”, “We don’t know”. Hence
when advanced equipments for “invisible” covert spying (Concepts similar to “You'll learn how to read computer
screens from a distance, look or listen through solid walls, dig out unlisted phone
numbers, bypass computer passwords and assemble a complete
dossier on anyone from the comfort of your own home.” (Reference: Lapin, Lee. How
To Get Anything On Anybody, Book 2 PP020. Review.) is
used, there is no way you can question the predators face-to-face and receive
confirmation of illegal criminal activity (eavesdropping, surveillance,
cyber-stalking, stalking etc).
2. Live in the surrounding community for a short
while. Be with the flow, the way of life of the community
3. Slowly develop friendship with the
surroundings. Along with the friendship, enquire on the case under
consideration, never directly
4. Slowly build up the facts on the case
5. Once you have pin-pointed the channels and
the support channels feeding the main suspects, zero in to the suspects with
direct questioning
6. In the case of persistent “I don’t know”,
third degree methods involving torture will bring out the sequence of details,
the people involved etc step by step

family, considered as “good” with less vices etc., in today’s society, even
against their wishes.
2.
There is also a segment of people who with the help of these
devices, try to forcibly enter into relations with men or women of reasonable
families, as a means to cover all their expenses like food, living, lodging
etc. (to be looked after), with the whole scenario disguised as “romantic involvement”.
This case becomes more popular in the event of wide-spread poverty or living
hardship.

Lack of proper awareness

Lack of advanced counter devices or detection equipment

Lack of trained staff to deal with similar high-tech crime

Bureaucratic red tape
i.
Stalking and cyber-stalking is currently neither outlawed in India
nor carry any form of credible punishment in India, unlike Western nations,
where stalking is a major growing problem
ii.
Use of advanced covert spy devices for illegal eavesdropping is
not currently banned in India
iii.
Possible reasons
1.
Lack of awareness
2.
“blasé” attitude or indifference to seriousness, of bureaucrats
3.
lack of suitable criminal cases involving advanced spy devices
