| 13/07/07; 1:51 PM- Hello! Much new to report. Bloomsbury announced today that JKR's midnight reading from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be streamed LIVE on their website starting at 12:01 AM BST (7:01 PM EST). The reading will stream on their official site. Also, on July 30, JKR will participate in a live web chat, also hosted by Bloomsbury. Questions can be submited a week before, or during the chat itsself. Also, a crew filming a documentary about JKR to air in the UK this winter revealed that they were present in the hotel room the moment JKR finished writing Deathly Hallows. | 20/07/07; 3:15 PM- AAAAHHH! It is almost here! Everytime I go to track my package from BN I feel so much excitement! my book is in my town! Just waiting to be delivered tomorrow (hopefully, before noon, lest I not have enough time to read it!). I went and saw OoP for the fouth, and most likely, final time this morning and am now anxiously waiting to go to the BN for the midnight magic party. As much as I would love to stay until midnight, I fear spoilers, and am leaving at 11:30, hopefully, to sleep and get enough energy to read all day Saturday! A new pensieve will be up in a few. | 18/11/07; 5:36 PM- I feel really bad about my negligence with the site. College has been much more of a time consumer than I thought it would be. Also, having only my Mac has made it very difficult to update the site, as Geocities is not very compatible with Apple, lol. However, I have Leopard now, and am running Boot Camp, so I have Windows and can now update the site! I hope I can keep up this time! Cheers! |

| 18/04/08; 4:05 PM- Jk rowling and Warner Bros. were in a New York City court room this week for the start of their trial vs RDR Books and Steven Van Der Ark. Van Der Ark wants to publish a print-version of his website, The Harry Potter Lexicon. WB and Rowling claim (and rightly so) that the book is merely a rearranging of her work. The three-day trial ended Wednesday, but the judge is expected to take several weeks to arrive at a verdict. The case will set new precidents in the area of copyright law, no matter which way the judge rules. Until a verdict, Cheers!~ |
