The veil is one of the most controversial civil issues that is present in the world today.  As explained before, the veil has been connected with that of slavery, oppression, and male dominance.  Wouldn't you like to help do something about it.  Well you can! You can participate directly or indirectly to help stop the enforcement of the veil.  Some solutions is to get together in a major, public area like the White House and pickett youyr thoughts.  Make sure you have a big group so that the groups voice will be heard more.  You can also join websites where you can add your comments and you own set of solutions to try to solve the problem.
A great way to help to stop the enforcement of the veil is if major groups got together and helped. It would be great of the RAWA (Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan), the HRW (Human Rights Watch), and the FDD (Foundation for the Defense of Democracies) would colloborate with one another to get more involved with the issue.  Each has their own specific agendas that when put together, can help greatly.
Other ways that can help solve the problem of the veil is by eduacting the Muslim societies about democracy.  It may not be easy, but it can be accomplished if it is not forced upon them.  A method that can help with that is by making allies with the Muslim women.
