Okay, so once again, Im skipping my 2nd period class. No particular reason this time. I figured I'd at least use my time effectively, and get some work done on the website. So, without further ado, Music News is up. yay. Don't really pay attention to the right side music news brief, i've gotta put up a script to link those to new little windows. It'll be cool, its just not ready yet. Anyways, i wanted to thank Bemis on making a good 1st music news. I just edit em. Okay, we'll off to class!

Well kiddies, its a well known fact that I hate Nicole Phillips. So i wont go into it. Anyways, some news: As im sure you've heard, the Oklahoma City Bomber, Timothy McVeigh was executed last night. Good for him. When a nation that is usually quite hesitant about the death penalty can off this guy with so much passion and approval, you cant help but wonder if maybe we should have let him rot in a cell for the next million years and get his ass violated by leroy, the psychotic murdering pedafile in the neighboring cell. Personally, i think that ass sodomy would have been too good for this neanderthal that decided he would prove a point by killing innocent civilians. If you hate the government, at least go bomb the capital or something, all that you'll hurt there are politicians, and theyre not people anyways. I try, especially latly, to advocate freedom, yet people like Timothy McVeigh make me wonder why any of us deserve it. All that a majority of Americans would do if left to rule themselves is murder, rape, and steal, and thus by killing 168 people he'd never met, Timothy McVeigh just helped to prove the point that we will always need a form of order to protect us from ourselves. Mr. McVeigh, i hope that in death you have realized what value life has. With all due respect (none), Fuck You sir. Thus ends my rant.

On to PORN... Music News is in my Inbox (Thanx Bemis). It'll be uploaded as soon as possible, if not tonite, then tomorrow afternoon. I'd like to make it a "Monday" thing every week, but it all depends on whats going on around us. As for whats going on with recordings... If Sputnick's mentally sound enough (dont ask) to broadcast on June 23rd, we're going to record PORN #5. If hes not, there will still be a new Swinger's Club recorded on June 22nd. And, the event you've all been waiting for... A Fire Log Fest, will be going on either Thursday June 21st after Mir's contest, or Friday June 22nd before Swinger's Club. Stay tuned for more info and check back here really soon, since not only will all the exact info be announced on the Fire Log Fest and other PORN going ons, but the Forum and Local Scenes pages should be up by the end of this weekend.

If anyone was wondering why Im the only one of the PORN team that updates the webpage, its a pretty simple explanation. Since my self-taught HTML coding is choppy and difficult to work with, especially if you dont know any html like bemis, no one else here on the PORN team is able to update. I'm gonna work with Bemis to teach him some HTML so he can make some updates, and while Sputnick knows HTML, updating things on a regular basis isnt exactly his fortay.

Hooray. Swingers Club #2. The levels suck. I had a lil trouble encoding it. Our mics are way too loud, but hey, whatcha gonna do? Swingers Club #1 is gonna get re-encoded, to 32kbps and 22khz so it sounds better. Go download it. This could be a weekly thing if we end up being bored enough.... There's a hidden contest in SC#2, thats gonna be going down soon. Im gonna think up a cooler prize than what I announced on the show, so it'll be worth your while to listen and find it. World News:  Well kiddies, its that time again. Yes, the time when all the monkeymen are freed from imprisonment in India only to terrorize the people there and inspire ridiculous stories of the supernatural. My god what a stupid world we live in. Some real, and rather grave news from the world however, that hopefully most of you are socially conscious enough to be aware of- The Taliban (Muslim Fundamentalists that control the country) in Afghanistan are requiring all non-muslims to wear a distinctive patch indicating their religion. This should concern us for obvious reasons, particularly since hindus in the country are already beginning to be persecuted. Now all they have left to do is invade Poland, and the world will be set back 60 years of progress. Check CNN.com world news or your favorite news website for more info on this.
PORN News: Sputnick's computer's down, so dont click on his shoutcast. Broadcasts have been planned for the weekend of June 22nd. Hopefully we'll do a firelog fest, followed by a swingers club that night and PORN #5 on saturday. Contact me if you wanna join in on the festivities. Mir is still working on the site...
Site News: Version 5.0 is complete. Now I'm just adding content. The "official" launch of PORN version 5.0 will be this weekend, with it's expected entire completion date in early July (including the massive project that is the 'bands' section). 'Downloads' section is up and functioning as best as possible right now. 'Media' had some fixes and is now online, i'll be adding alot to that section soon. Bemis should be getting me some Music News pretty soon, so that'll go up. 'Bands' is gonna be awhile while i compile lots and lots of info. Lets see, that leaves 'Local Scenes', that I'm not quite sure what I want to do with yet, and the 'Forum', which I'm gonna find a script for probably this weekend. Until then, i guess, just sit back, relax, and enjoy the recordings we have online.

   Still working on ths site. It's been a busy weekend for me. Bullstock (our local high school's rock concert) on friday rocked. One Way Out kicked ass. Sat night was the Codename Rocky/Nerf Herder show at Chain Reaction. That show rocked too, so did my homies who went. We'll get some pictures from that night up on the page real soon. After the show, Bemis and I, along with our friend Christina, tried to record a PORN show, Mystery Science Theater 3000 style, but had lotsa problems, stayed up til 5:30 in the morning, and ended up recording sunday afternoon instead.
