A TRIBUTE TO LORI
Why God Made Little Girls

God made the world with it's lowering trees,
Majestic mountains and restless seas.
Then paused and said, it needs one more thing,
Someone to laugh and dance and sing.
To walk the woods and gather flowers,
To commune with nature in quite hours.
So God made little girls.

With laughing eyes and bouncing curls,
With joyful hearts and infectious smiles,
Enchanting ways and feminine wiles.
And when he'd completed the task he'd began.
He was pleased and proud of the job he'd done.
For the world when seen through a little girls eyes,
Greatly resembles Paradise.

Like all mothers it has taken me time to accept the loss of
my daughter and like all mothers I will live with this loss everyday of my life. But as time has past I have came to one realization and that is, my daughter would want me to remember all of the happy memories we had togeather and not to dwell in this saddness that I have been going through.
She would want her pages happy memories for her children and family to look at and recall all of the wonderful times that we all had together. And to remember she is still with us in our hearts for as long as we live and remember her. So in tribute to my
Lori only happiness for the time we were blessed to have from now on will be on my pages

Lori's Story
LEFT BEHIND

I'm still here Mother:
Please don't mourn for me
I'm still here, though you don't see,
I'm right by your side each night and day
and within your heart I long to stay.
My body is gone but I'm always near,
I'm everything you feel, see or hear.
My spirit is free, but I'll never depart
as long as you keep me alive in your heart.
I'll never wander out of your sight-
I'm the brightest star on a summer night.
I'll never be beyond your reach-
I'm the warm moist sand when you're at the beach.
I'm the colorful leaves when fall comes around
and the pure white snow that blankets the ground.
I'm the beautiful flowers of which you're so fond,
The clear cool water in a quiet pond.
I'm the first bright blossom you'll see in the spring,
The first warm raindrop that April will bring.
I'm the first ray of light when the sun starts to shine,
and you'll see that the face in the moon is mine.
When you start thinking there's no one to love you,
you can talk to me through the Lord above you.
I'll whisper my answer through the leaves on the trees
and you'll feel my presence in the soft summer breeze,
I'm the hot salty tears that flow when you weep
and the beautiful dreams that come when you sleep.
I'm the smile you see on a baby's face,
Just look for me, Mother.
