Lori's favorite flowers were roses and carnations.
On her birthday she would show up with a rose for me. When I would say "Honey, it's your birthday" She would say " We celebrate our birthdays, but we forget to thank the one who gave birth to us."
A couple of years ago Lori made a trip to see her daughter who lives in Virginia. While she was there her daughter Naomi took her to see Washington D.C.
Lori was comfortable in a suit, or in a sweat shirt. But she loved to dress up and she was the only one of my daughters  who could wear my 41/2 spike high heel, which she loved to wear. She was 4' 10" tall. At birth Lori weighted in at a whopping 4lb. 10oz.

She was about  13 months old
in this picture
I had six children, 2 boys and 4 girls, Lori was my youngest daughter.
At this age Lori had to have surgery for a birth mark on the left side of her face. She also got whooping cough that year. So we ended up at Childrens Orthopedic Hospital a lot that year. When she had whooping cough we were sitting in the waiting room and my daughter went over and pushed a little boy off of the rocking horse and climbed on. I went and took her off. I have to explain that at this age Lori's three pet words were, "No, Shit and Shutup." So I sit red faced while my baby runs around saying "Shit." I tried to cover it up by saying o.k. "sit" I got her beside me and gave her a bottle of juice, that she threw on the floor, the nurse had to mop it up. I can't swat her on the bottom, because if I do she'll up chuck. It was hot that day, so the doctors had opened there doors for a little cool air.  My little angel takes off running down this long hall way slamming shut every door as she goes past saying, "Shit." With me hot on her tail.
Lori's story is still a little hard for me to write about but within the next few days I will try to write about what
happened to my little girl.
This little red headed angel was gave to me by my niece Linda.
" Thank You"

This is not a clear picture, but Lori is the little red
head in the first row, right side.
