The Virgin's Revenge

The dragon awakes to a sword at his throat,
A-wielded by maid in lavender surcoat.
Mayhap you forgot all about us, says she,
We fight for the village's diversity.

You've eaten our girlfriends--not in a nice way!
And Sir Percy's boyfriend, I'm sorry to say!
Your science is backward, you're blind as can be,
But there's one point, I grant you, on which we agree:

Refrain:
Yes, virgins taste better than those who are not,
But the meaning of that word is not what you thought,
For we reek not of fear like the beast that's been caught,
Yes, virgins taste better than those who are not.

Submitting to stereotypes takes its toll,
So we ask you to more deeply question your role,
When you say you're a game warden, why all this fuss?
Just remember that you have to answer to us.

We curb population without all your 'help,'
And if any maid wants to re-PRO-duce herself,
She knows that her maidenhood still needn't end,
With a magic 'donation' from her fairy friend.

Refrain: repeat.

If you would grow wise in e-TY-myology,
And I'll teach you the tongue, if you'll listen to me,
You'd know that a virgin belongs to no one,
And it matters not anything she does for fun.

But do you remark it, before you have broiled,
How maidens so tasty remain so unspoiled?
If you could us savor without harm or death,
We'd not kill you but welcome you in....one...sweet...BREATH...

Refrain: repeat.
