Kids Voting USA is a nonprofit, nonpartisan grassroots organization dedicated to helping kids learn about the voting process and how they can make a difference.

-Kids Voting closes the gap between upper- and lower-class kids -- it doesn't matter if you're rich or poor.
-Kids Voting closes the gender gap in social studies learning in the classroom.
-Kids Voting USA generates a "trickle-up" effect – that is, kids stimulating parents to learn.
-Students in Kids Voting act as change agents for nonvoters in their families.
-Increasing Parent Voter Turnout. Kids Voting increases parent voter turnout between 5 and 10 percent.
Increasing Newspaper Readership. Newspaper usage among youth who participate in Kids Voting is nearly double that of comparable youth who don’t participate.
