What cost is there for this software?
There is no cost during the one year free trial period and there is no way for me to even know how many people are using this software until I receive a registration request from you. After the free trial, you will not be able to continue generating statements. You will need to receive a registration number. $40 American will purchase the registration and unlock the software permiting use once again. The registration cost is a one time payment. At registration time I need a way to contact you. I will also need the exact name of the company you are placing in the parameters for your statements to determine your registration number. If you change the name of your business I will need to generate you a new registration number (no charge).
What do I do in the meantime waiting for my registration number?
There is a way to bypass the block on the free trial if your business extends use past the trial expiration date. Please contact me for the easy instructions. Also, please be aware the bypass is for one additional cycle only.

What should I expect during the one year free trial period?
I'm hoping you find the software of value to your business operations. There is no advertising or tricks. If you like or dislike the software that will be your decision. I have no tracking available to me of who downloads this software. There is no internet communication within the software except for the "Update software" feature found in the interface program.
Is there any information gathering if I use the "Update software" feature?
The "Update software" feature does not provide me with information regarding who installed or upgraded software. The "Update software" retrieves data from a text file located at geocities/polandservices and identifies what components need to be updated or added to your computer. There is no transfer of your personal or company information from this software. You may alternatively view billing history page to determine if any updates have been completed since you downloaded this software.

Input transactions which include services rendered or products sold, payments, adjustments to accounts, etc
Close the period by running a cycle which generates statements, invoices and letters according to defined system parameters; a closing period may be monthly or continous (at any time)
Complete transaction posting for new month, etc, etc...
