4/9/2005 Add check in internet software update to verify your version of the software is current release (PcsIntf.exe) and provide self updating ability - this update is only good with new installations / full download. The old installation will function fine it will just not check if there is a new release available.

3/17/2007 Intermittent problem when your customer base gets older and closing is trying to clean up old history "file not found" errors, closing terminates and fails to advance dates to new month, also statements are not viewable until you manually reset last cycle number in companies and parameters, and set last cycle date in parameters. I will provide fix for this soon bllclose.exe.
4/7/2007 added fix for Bllclose trying to delete old purged history files
7/6/2008 currently trying to identify and correct an issue installing this package onto vista operating system. the bll statement system does not start up word mail merge properly due to "unable to open, macro error". attempting to document once determined. looking into upgrade all components to support vista.
7/19/2008 to fix the issue when pressing "Build" button in bllstmt (statements) complete the following or contact me for updated .doc word files. bring up each word doc used for statements letters envelopes etc, click word merge, open data source and on this screen MUST CLICK "Select method" then make sure you chose words internal text converter and not use the odbdc text converter. Save the document.
