New Mauville
| As everyone should know, Wattson
helped
plan and construct Mauville City. He
built this facility (which he named New Mauville) underneath Mauville City. The entrance is a little to the east of the northern
entrance to Cycling Road. Surf is
required to access the entrance and the Basement Key is also required
to get through the door. |

The
Generator Problem

There is a series of switches here that open and close doors of the
color corresponding to the switch. Wild electric-type pokémon are
also found here. Wattson
has put a huge Generator in here, but
problems arose quickly and the help of a trainer was needed to shut it
off. Wattson thanked this trainer with an item afterwards. |
