IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

As of March, 1998, four caterers are available. Availability subject to individual caterers' schedule. Caterers phone numbers are as follows:

If you are using your own caterer, there will be an additional fee of $1.00 per guest required. this fee pays for additional insurance needed for outside catering.

There is a refundable deposit of $200.00 for damages. There is a non-refundable clean up fee of $50.00. Deposit required to hold the hall is $100.00 for a weekend date, $50.00 for a weekday date and $100.00 for the picnic area. Remaining balance is due one week before date of function.
