Greek/Latin stems: We are on word list #5.. We will have our test over this list on Friday, November 2.. Study hard! Don't forget that you can improve your grade by correcting the ones you missed. Simply write the missed stem and it's definition 10x each. This will add 1/2 point to your grade. Also, don't forget to get a parent signature. You will receive 5 points for bringing this in on the day after the test. Greek/Latin packets are due on Thursday, November 1.
ELA: We have finished our chapter on pronouns and are now learning more about verbs. We are also studying Patterns of Change as our literature unit. See attached letter for more details on this unit of study. Make sure that you are reading your novel for class. We will be discussing it in the near future.
