Registration is extended until January 16, 2009.

Download and fill up this Registration Form and fax to 433-2280 together with the validated deposit slip representing payment of the Registration Fee of P500.00. Deposit Registration fee to Bank of Commerce, Diliman Branch, Account Number 011-00-000284-6, paid to "UPCAFBEI".

In registering, the registrant is manifesting his or her agreement to abide by the competition rules. The registrant is also authorizing the organizers to publish or reproduce all or any part of the submission.

An acknowledgement of registration will be sent via email to the registrant, with the registrant's registration number which will be attached to his or her entry.
