| Let Badtz-Maru travel with you. Hi, we are Jack Mols and Astrid van Bakel. When we started our "little trip" back in may 2000 we were 36 and 39 years old. We can truly say that this trip has changed our life, our world, the way we think and the spirit we take with us when we step out into this world today. It took us 15 months to get through our budget visiting the U.S.A. + Hawai'i, the Cook Islands, French Polynesia, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hongkong, Macau, China, Hawai'i again, Vancouver Island Canada and through London back to the Netherlands. |

| Not a moments regret! We might as well have called our trip, "quest for cappuccino" seeing in every place we've visited around the world the first thing we tried to locate was a cappuccino-joint... On this site we have tried to put information about "the plan", where the money came from, how to go about with your employer, what to think of before you go on a worldtrip, the things we took, getting around and which guides did well for us.
