| The Employer can prove to be a trial!. Most employers love it when you come back from a worldtrip and apply for a job with their company. But they are not always happy when you decide to go on a trip like this "worldtrip" idea of yours. Especially when you've worked there for some 10 years or over. There are a few options to go about in this matter. -The honest approach gives you the most credability, the boss has got the time to look for someone to fill in for your job when you let him know a few months ahead. This can ofcourse only be done if you are on good speaking terms at work. There might even be an option of taking you back when you return! But always reckon with it this might not be the case. |

| -The treat the boss like he's treated you approach. Find out the time you have to consider before you can leave the job. Mostly its one month's notice. And say what you've always wanted to say to him/her: I QUIT Can you feel yourself smiling when you experience the expression on his/her face! (you bad person!) This is ofcourse an option if you feel you've been treated like dirt all these years. |

| Left: This is beautiful Victoria BC, Vacouver Island, Canada. Victoria is a very colourful city, with lots of cosy restaurants, bars, shops and beautiful scenery. By the way the entire Vancouver Island region is beautiful. How about an Orca or Killer Whale trip right in the Johnson strait just outside the harbour, its spectacular! |

| -Maybe no approach is needed at all! They have been trying to get rid of you, because you got to be to expensive or some other ill excuse for some time. This might be your chance to actually take this trip you've been dreaming of fro years. Get them to fire YOU! Maybe if you're in the job long enough you will get some cash appointed to you by the judge if you have to leave the company on their account. This though is the most troublesome way to leave your job. It might even take more time than you expected. |
