This is my husband John. John and I met through yahoo personals. We chatted for a couple of weeks then decided to meet. The first time we met, We took the kids to the theatre to see Scooby Doo II. Afterwards we went to Perkins and talked until poor little Zech fell asleep in his plate. Knowing we wanted to meet again... we scheduled coffee at IHOPs for the next day. |

Now this man had me practically from "Hello". He sat across from me at the table, coffee in hand, patiently listening to me ramble on in my typical fashion. Afterawhile, I finally stopped talking long enough to ask him why he sat there so quietly; just smiling. His comment to me was "I'm just listening to your cute southern drawl and admiring your beautiful hazel eyes". That comment instantly grabbed my attention, for John was the very first person to ever notice that my eyes are hazel and not blue or green. Heckfire... he even noticed the gold flecks. |

More than three years later the passion still burns deep within both our souls. We exchanged wedding vows on February 9, 2007. We had a very simple, yet elegant ceremony in front of the fireplace in our Safari Cabin at the wonderful Dinner Bell Ranch and Resort located in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. John is everything I have ever dreamed of in a man... and more. I love you Johnny! |
