Just WHAT Am I?: I'm usually called a Goth, a metal head or a freak . .
. there are also those who think I belong in an asylum with a padded room
and a straightjacket on reserve, but we won't talk about those people here . . .
What do I think I classify as?? Well, to be truthful . . it doesn't matter to
me. I think, and here we go with the corny phrases, that being yourself is
the most important thing to be regardless of what anyone else thinks or says or
does. It just common sense really.
Which brings me to another subject, I don't like shallow
people. I don't like people who judge others before they meet them and get
to know them, I don't like it when people judge you on what you wear. I
think it's stupid. Granted, I love makeup and I like how I look in makeup
and I love the gothic style, but I don't love the element that judges you just
by the clothes you wear. The Gothic culture, last time I checked, was not
just about the clothes . . . I always found it to be more . . well, more deeply
based. It could just be me though . . . ^.~ |
