and family therapist, currently in independent practice in Kansas City, Missouri, with 25 years of experience in a

My treatment orientation is humanist-existential, and I place
a great deal of emphasis on process issues as well as content. I emphasize openness and honesty in dealing with
feelings and issues in the immediate moment, and believe that the past is only important in how it affects the present and
planning for the future. I strongly believe that every individual has strengths and talents that they can apply to
coping with challenges.
