Question from Trophimus: ANSWER

I just tried it. What it is: the same thing as APR except for a difference. Some strips have ILS on the opposite side of the airstrip, but not on the side you are landing from. By setting the frequency of the ILS for that strip on the far side of your approach and clicking on BC instead of APR, you will get the localizer to line you up. It did not have a glide slope when I used it, but the localizer gets you lined up..had to do the descent manually. Hope that helps.

Question from newbie121212: ANSWER

OK. I'm a big time newbie guys, but I really am trying to learn this. The first lesson in flight sim 2002 pro "straight and level flight", I am having difficulty mastering the trim part of this lesson. 1) do I pull up gently on the stick until I reach 90 knots, then trim nose up? or 2) do I trim nose up first then proceed to 90 knots? I tried both ways, and also tried adjusting the trim on the way from 110 knots to 90 knots, but everytime I pitch the nose up for some reason, the cesna gets way too much elevator and paracticaly slow to 10-20 knots. I believe I'm following the instructions to a T. Thanks in advance for any help.
