BBQ RANCH DAM POWER SITE This is the BBQ Ranch Hydro (Forced water - to - electric) electric plant. When Billy and Ryan first built this dam they did it out of sand - that didn't work to well. Ryan decided to try it out of mud on the second try - that lasted a few hours - On the third try the boys used clay - imported it from Georgia. That worked pretty good for a few days - until it rained, the boys din't expect that at all and all the clay sunk down into their new river bed making a nice swimming hole.

At that pont they were so upset they swam for about three days in the river and were almost mistaken for raisins! Luckily they were being watched and when the rasin pickers saw them two giant raisins they were saved By Rob- who takes care of the lawn at the big house! Finally they went to the Army Corp of engineers and got the blueprints for a small dam that they could use for the BBQ Ranch. Well when the boys saw it they REALLY got confused.

At that point in time they showed it to their scince teacher who brought in a friend that did electrical work - well one thing led to another - but the dam was finnaly built - now Billy and Ryan can take hot showers and see at night - Oh- and they don't have to use batteries for their computers anymore!
