I know thers a lot but it will help the gameing experiance. :)
BASIC RULES
I will not cheat. If I do something wrong just tell me and I'll fix it.
I may controlle a few people to make the game interesting I will not train these to be the strongest in the game or make them practicly invincible. I will not use them to kill a multitude of people. I will not use these for the advantage of my own person.
You can only
be one person at a time if I find out you are more than one
person all will be deleted and you will have to start again.
If you want to start again with a new charector tell me and I'll
let you.
It takes three days to travel from planet to planet . Or two days with a scouter or dragon radar. Less in different ships.
If a sayin's tail is cut off in battle it will not grow back for 6 days.
It takes 6 days to travel down snake way. 4 days if your PL is over 10000 and 1 day if your PL is your PL is over 50000
Every one starts with a power level of 1000 and 1000 credits
You can only fight 3 times a week. You can only spar 9 times a month and only learn 6 new moves each month.
If you die in a battle you go to the next dimention for 4 days minimum. After that you send an e-mail saying you want to leave or stay longer.
You can search for 50 credits a day or 75 with a scouter or dragonradar
To make a team you must have a minimum of 2 people and both people must e-mail me saying that they will be on the team. The team needs a leader. It also needs a name. A team PICTURE would be very helpful also.
FIGHTS
You can only engage in 3 fights per week, with a maximum of 4 people in each fight: 1 vs 1, 2 vs 1, 2 vs 2, or 3 vs 1.
You can also be in team fight were the 5 or less people in a team fight the 5 or less people in another team. All people in both teams must send me an e-mail saying they wish to fight. 1 person from each team must send the fight. The best fight wins.
You can not fight anyone with a power level 10 bigger times your own.
If more than one person is fighting 1 or more people your combined PL must be at least 10% of the enemies combined PL
After a fight unless you are sent to the next dimention your PL is reduced by 50% for 2 days unless you eat a senzu bean
If two people send in a fight on the same day, the best one will be used.
When you fight someone you get 25% of the enemies PL or if you lose your PL raises by 5% of the enemies
You cannot steal space ships or GE enhancements.
How to fight - send me an e-mail saying what you wantt to happen it has to be at least 10 lines long. In the e-mail write out a story saying what moves each charecter in the fight will use and how the other charecter is killed.
SPARRING
You can spar with one person or your self
You can spar 9 nine days a month
If you spar with some one for 3 days you must wait 2 days before continuing.
If you spar with someone for any lenght of time you must wait 2 days before sparing with someone else.
When 2 people spar both people must send me an e-mail on the same day saying they with to spar.
If you spar with someone you get 25% of their power level each day.
If you spar with your self your power level rises by 10% of your PL each day.
Your power level does not rise until the two days resting period is over.
DEATH
If you die you go to the next dimention (ND) , If you die here you go to the home for infenate loosers (HFIL)
You can't steal in ND or HFIL. Any fights will be void if they contain stealing.
You cant buy anything in the next dimention or search for items.
You must spend 4 days in the ND when you want to leave send an e-mail saying so or you can stay until an e-mail is sent.
You must spend 8 days in the HFIL when you want to leave send an e-mail saying so or you can stay until an e-mail is sent when you leave you go to the ND but you can leave straight away if you want.
Once in the next dimention you can go to king kai's planet you must travel down snake way to do this. It takes 6 days to travel down snake way. 4 days if your PL is over 10000 and 1 day if your PL is your PL is over 50000
DRAGONBALLS
All wishes must be approved by me in an e-mail.
Earth dargonball grant 1 wish and Namek balls grant 3.
You must be able to speak Namek to use Namek dragonballs. See trainers page.
You can wish for moves, power level increases people to be sent to the next dimention etc etc.
You can't with for your PL to be a certain number but you can with for X2 PL. You can wish for a max of 5000 credits. You can't with for the same thing twice with Namek dragonballs it must be 3 different things. But you can wish for it again once you have refound the dragonballs.
If people get dragonballs on the same day you can fight for them. Each fight can win it does not matter who sent theirs in first. The best and coolest fight wins.
If you wish to be imortal you are imortal for 10 days. You can kill 6 people and it wont be added onto the maximum fights.
It takes a day each for Earth dragonballs or two without a scouter or dragon radar to be found and 2 days each for Namek balls or 4 without a radar or scouter.
POWERUPS
Only Saiya-jins and half Saiya-jins can go Super Saiya-jin
Super Saiya-jin: SSJ x 10, SSJ2 x 20, SSJ3 x 25, Ozoro x 7
