Updates
I've decided to keep a log of all my updates so you (my visitor) can see what is new
and... well... what is not. The first thing I list will be the file name, followed by
what I changed. Please e-mail me with any questions you might have.
August 19, 2003
NEW PAGE
- OK, well, the new site is completely finished (including all minor details) except for the "press" section. I've been working on my site from work, but unfortunately, all of my newspaper clippings and such for this section are at home. If you're interested, here's what I fine-tuned (no pun intended).
- Opened the "Work experience / Misc." section. It's quite nice.
- Took care of length problems with piano key border on left for each page.
- Fixed some unification problems, such as having all the titles the same size and not underlined. Also put "home" buttons on the bottom of all pages.
- I realize that those damn geocities adsquares are popping up 3 times at the bottom of the page, so I e-mailed them to see if they could fix the problem. I e-mailed them yesterday too, but I got a response pretty much saying, "Buy the new Geocities Pro!" I wish they would just answer the question I asked instead of trying to get me to buy something!
UPDATES PAGE
- This page will probably only be the first of many I change like this, but I'm going to unify all my pages from my informal site with the same background and any other little details I can find.

NEW PAGE
- The new section has finally been added. It has 5 sections:
Awards, repertoire, future concerts, press, and misc. The press and misc.
sections have not been completed as of yet, but they will be soon.

INDEX PAGE-- Ok, first off sorry for not updating lately. I just moved into
my dorm at college, so it's kinda hard right now. Anyways, here's what I did today :)
- On the images you can click (i.e. - the 8th notes over "My Personal Pages" and "My Links"), I took away the border so there isn't that annoying square around them any more. I also did this to a few other pages, but this isn't a big change, so I'm not going to list every page I did this too.

LINKS PAGE
- Added "colorkeys" graphic to unify it with Index page.
- Got new icons for the music jokes site and music directory site.
- Put geoguide on bottom.
- Added "MiniKeys" graphic to separate sections.
- Added back button graphic.
- Made text color easier to see.
- Put ALT attribute onto all images (This makes little text boxes pop up when you
hold your cursor over an image without clicking it).

JON'S PAGE
- Added "colorkeys" graphic to unify it with Index page.
- Updated introduction on top of page.
- One word: geoguide!!! (read below if you don't know what I mean)
- Added back button graphic.
- Cleaned up the ole directory a little bit. When I first made Jon's page, I accidentally spelled all the files
and subdirectories j-o-H-n instead of j-O-n. So today, I changed it. Sorry about that Jon :)

NIECES PAGE
- Added TONS of new pictures of Raelyn, Cortney, and Julia to Nieces page.
- Changed my niece Julia's page to a page for all my nieces!!
- Changed directory and subsequent files to say "nieces", not "Julia".
- Added "colorkeys" graphic between title and sections to unify it with Index page.
- Added a back button on bottom of page.
- Put stupid geoguide on bottom again.

MY PERSONAL PAGES
- Made text color easier to see.
- Put in "colorkeys" graphic between title and body to unify it with Index page.
- Put annoying geoguide at bottom so it won't pop up at the top
of the page when opened. Boy, those things are a pain!
- Added a back button on bottom of page.
- Took off the "new" button, because it was... well... on stuff that
was old. Also added it to links that had new stuff on them.
- Updated all descriptions of my links.
- Got new icon/link for "Look Ma!" page.

INDEX PAGE
- Background music is no longer hidden. Visitors are able to stop music
if they wish.
- Took off "Under Construction" section on page. My page is always under
construction, so why keep reminding people?
- Added marquee showing date of last update to entire website.
- Gave guestbook section a graphic and put "Sign" and "View" on different lines
so visitors can see them better.
- Fixed description of "My Personal Pages" and "Links". They were too old.
