Mordred's Discworld Page

If you play the Discworld MUD you may have seen me around. I'm a Wizard. I'm also a licensed Tutor of the Unseen University, so if you need help with things wizardly I may be able to assist. So far I've taken on two apprentices, Delphyon and Rusc.
I am also the creator and leader of the Taxi club company.

Most recently, since I stopped being a regular player, I thought to set up a club on DW that would also be a RL club, based in my home city of Glasgow, which would try to bring people who live in the same area, who have the Disc in common, out into the world together for some actual real life social stuff rather than being stuck mudding.

A log of the so called 'Wizards Tea Party' in which I took a bunch of the Faculty out to Scrogden for a lesson on making tea. Predictable wizard antics ensued, of course :P

The Great Crashing Run. A logging transcript spanning the entire event, starting with an RRU operation going well until the first crash hit us. There was about 20 crashes all told. Be warned, this is quite a long log :P

Magical Research into Order Primaries and Spell requirements

When the changes to the Orders of Wizardry were made, I straight away began work on catalouging the effects it would have on which primaries each Order had for each spell. This is the result.

I am also involved in the Blacklisters club, an organisation dedicated to encouraging the more anti-social players to improve their ways and creating sanctions against those who demonstrate anti-social play. In this club I am the Treasurer, and I am also a member of the Council of Blacklisters, and as such have the authority and ability to make alterations to the blacklist.
