1. Tuition Fees.

Tuition fees depend on three factors:

A. Teacher's qualifications.

B. Teacher's experience.

C. Subject and level of studies.

During the FREE trial lesson you will be able to choose from teachers with different qualifications and experience (and therefore different tuition fees). You do not need to choose the nearest teacher.

Please note that tuition fees do not depend on the age, gender, nationality or religion of the student or the teacher, and that we accept students and teachers of all ages, genders, nationalities and religions.

2. Travel expenses

There are NO travel expenses.

3. Telephone calls.

The tutor makes the calls.

4. Emergencies

At the end of one lesson you should make an appointment for the next.

If you need help while you are studying on your own, you can call your tutor. You can do this at any time, within the limits fixed by your tutor (e.g. you might not be able to call your tutor from 10 p.m till 7 am).

5. Payment.

Payment must be made directly to www.PhoneTutors.com

During the free trial lesson you will be given our account details in your country. You can either go to the nearest branch of the bank or transfer the money from your account.

Lessons must be paid in advance. You can pay one lesson at a time or a few lessons in one go. Please keep always a receipt.

6. About Us.

We, www.PhoneTutors.com, are a network of teachers originally from London Home Tutors. Today there are Phone Tutors in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK.

We are now able to offer private tuition worldwide thanks to our innovative method. Most of our students live in areas where there are not enough qualified teachers able to tutor them using the traditional method.

As teachers we are concerned about education in under-developed countries. This is why we have a commitment to donate a minimum of 0.7% of our total income to organizations such as Intercultura, Intermon -Oxfam, The Charity for African Education, Unicef and VSO.

9. Pay as you learn.

All students have a FREE trial lesson, without commitments. After this lesson you pay as you learn. This means that if eventually, and for any reason, you would like to stop having tuition, all you have to do is inform your teacher.
