Traditional private tuition requires that either the Student or the Teacher has spend a considerable amount of time travelling. Usually the amount of time spent for a 1-hour lesson is over 2 hours!
e.g. 40 min. trip + 1 hour tuition + 40 min trip back = 2 hours 20 minutes
With Phone Tuition there are NO travel expenses. "Travel Expenses" does not mean only the cost of petrol, taxi, bus or underground.
With the traditional home tuition a teacher has to increase the tuition fees in order to earn the desired amount.
e.g. £30 (tuition fees per hour) / 2h 20' = £12.86 earned per hour.
3. Short/Long lessons: your choice.
To make worth the travelling time traditional lessons have to be long. Sometimes this time is not neccessary and is therefore wasted.
With Phone Tuition lessons can be 15 min long!
4. Help available whenever required.
Our students can get help whenever required. Instead of having one long lesson a week, they can have a few short lessons.
1h 30min (once a week) = 45 min + 45 min (twice a week)
This means a more regular and (more efective) learning process.
A student can "get stuck" when studyin alone, and then call for help.Students can do this at any time, within the limits fixed by their Phone Tutor (e.g. they might not be able to call from 10 p.m till 7 am).
Many students live in areas where there are not qualified tutors in the subject they need tuition.
Traditional tuition "solves" this problem by increasing "travelling expenses" or with a non specialist teacher.
Phone Tuition assures that students are taught by the most convenient Phone Tutor.

Some time needs to be spent in tidying things up before the traditional home tuition lesson. With phone tuition the privacy of your house is respected, and you tidy things up whenever you wish.

Many students have difficulties learning a foreign language with traditional private tuition. This is because they migh be nervous or afraid to speak in a foreing language in the presence of others.
