Temperament: Keira
is an incredibly active rat that loves being independent. She
enjoys being around both humans and rats, but only on her
terms. During free range time she is always exploring
Her Story: Keira
was my first attempt at getting a pedigreed rat that I could
potentially breed from. DRAC, located in Council Bluffs, IA
was quite the drive but I was willing to take the time to get a good
potential breeder. Kiera was pretty nervous when I took her
home, but after riding around in my hoodie for a day we started to
bond. She always comes hopping up to see me during freerange
time before attempting to locate the boys cage in order to harass
them.
She is currently living
in a cage with the two rescues I have after several attempts at
breeding her with Kain failed. I guess she is just a single,
independent woman with no desire to have children.
