Windows and External Doors

 

Replacernent double glazed steel windows doors and screens throughout; allowance for rnotorised black out blinds to auditoriums; shutter door to loading bay.

   
4.9 Internal Walls
 

Blockwork partitions generally throughout.

   
4.10 Internal Doors
  Allowance of £800 and £1200 per door for single and double doors respectively and associated frames and ironmongery; internal shutter door to loading bay·.
   
4.11 Internal Floor Finishes
  Cement and sand screed to new floor structures; latex screeds to existing floors: rubber/linoleum floor finiishgenerally throughout; carpet tiles to administration areas; ceramic tiling to bars and kitchen; timber decking to restaurant; allowance for entrance matting and skirtings.
   
4.12 Internal Wall Finishes
  Plaster and emulsion paint generally; allowance for refurbishing existing tiled floors to basement bar and entrance foyer circulation areas with allowance for make up with new to match existing; ceramic tiles to WCs and kitchen; acoustic panels to orchestra pit.
   
4.13 Internal Ceiling Finishes
  MF suspended ceiling generally throughout with emulsion paint finish; acoustic panels to plant rooms and auditoriums.
   
4.14 Fixtures and Fittings
  Basement, ground and first floor bar counters; fitting out cloakrooms and ticket office; fitting out basement and second floor kitchens; allowance for toilet cubicles, vanity units and duct panelling to toilets; allowance for shop shelf units and counter; stage to small auditorium; seating to auditoriums; signage generally.
   
4.15 Services
  Sanitary ware, hot and cold water services and waste plumbing; heating system; mechanical ventilation to toilets and kitchens; air conditioning to auditoriums, bars and restaurant; electrical installation; lift and dumb waiter installations; allowance for new mains services; allowance for underground drainage installation; builder’s work in connection.
   
4.16 External Works
Allowance for works to forecourt.
   
4.17 Preliminaries
