OBJECTIVES:  
  1. To assist the government, more particularly, the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) in promoting and enhancing industry harmony by allowing a continuing system of dialogue between labor and management at the enterprise level through the instrument of the Labor-Management Cooperation (LMC).
  2. To encourage and promote the institutionalization of Labor-Management Cooperation among all corporate and individual practitioners throughout the country.
  3. To foster an industrial relations climate conducive to workers participation in policy and decision-making process in the enterprise to encourage productivity and improve the quality of work life of workers and facilitate a just, equitable and sustainable economic growth.
  4. To coordinate and maintain linkages with other sectors, institutions, groups and associations, whether in the private or public sector to promote the principal objectives of this association.
  5. To undertake a continuing program for the education, training and development on the concepts, strategies and systems of Labor-Management Cooperation among its practitioners and the public.
  6. To promote and assist in the studies on Labor-Management Cooperation as well as in facilitating the documentation of noteworthy cases among its members and to disseminate the same by way of better promoting the goals and objectives of this Association.
  7. To purchase, acquire, own, lease, sell and convey real properties, such as land, machineries, equipment and other personal properties as may be necessary or incidental to the conduct of the association's business and to pay for any business or property acquired by PHILAMCOP.
  8. To raise funds necessary for the financial requirements of its lawful affairs and activities.
  9. To invest and deal with its properties and funds in such manner as maybe necessary and useful for its interest.
  10. To enter into any legal arrangements for sharing farm out arrangements cooperation, reciprocal concessions with any corporation, association, partnership, syndicate, entity, persons or governments, municipal or public authority whether domestic or foreign, to carry out any business or transaction deemed necessary, convenient or incidental to carrying out any of the purposes of this league.
  11. To receive, acquire or obtain from any agency, organization, government or entity, whether domestic or international, any grants, scholarships, charters, franchises, privileges, exemptions, licenses, concessions, donations and beneficiaries may be conducive to any of the purposes of the league.
  12. To establish and operate one or more offices or agencies and to carry out on all of its operation without restriction as to the place or amount including the right to hold purchase, or otherwise acquire, lease mortgage, pledge and convey or otherwise deal with real and personal property anywhere within the Philippines, and;
  13. To conduct and transact any and all lawful undertakings and to do and cause to be done any one or more of the acts and things herein set forth as its purposes, within or outside the Philippines, and in any and all foreign countries and to do everything necessary desirable or incidental to the accomplishment of the purposes or the exercise of any or more of the powers herein enumerated, or which shall at any time appear conducive to on expedient for the protection or benefit of this league.
PHILAMCOP is the
prime mover of Labor-Management Cooperation in sustaining industrial peace and productivity towards growth and development in the Philippines & Asia Pacific Region.
