Saint John's Wort Powers: Health, Protection, Happiness, Strength Magical Uses: Potects soldiers going off to war. Keeps illness at bay, as well as depression. Protects against lightning strikes, fire, and evil spirits. Add to the midsumemr bonfire to promote happiness thoughout the year. Medicinal Uses: Use as an antidepressant. Don't take as the same time as birth control, though. Take them at different times of the day. It can also be used to help in wieght loss, but it's not very effective. Sandalwood Powers: Protection, Love, Wishes, Healing, Spirituality Magical Uses: Burn as an incence to protect you during a ritual. Write a wish on a peice of sandalwood and burn it to make it come true. use it to cleanse an area of negativity. Skullcap Powers: Love, Fidelity, Peace Magical Uses: Add to any spell that needs to bring about protection, love or peace. Add to your husband's shoe to keep him from leaving you for another woman. |
