Music is, and always will be, such a vital part of the ministry at Putnam Heights Church of Christ.  We are blessed to have many talented musicians, who are so willing to serve our Lord.  

     While some churches boast about a certain kind or style of music, we prefer not to lock in one type, but rather to play and sing all types, as long as it is uplifting to our Lord.  Our service on Sunday has a mixture of contemporary songs, traditional songs, good ole gospel, and hymns.  We feel they are all vital to reach the needs of those who are singing and listening. 

     On every Sunday, you will also be blessed with a special number by one of the many talented people in the church.  We have ensembles, soloists, men's and women's groups, duets, and trios.  God has blessed us with so much musical talent that we feel it only natural to use this great blessing.

     In our services, you will hear piano, keyboard, drums, bass guitar, flute, clarinet, and other instruments.  Why not use all these for praise?  The musicians try their best to compliment the sound of the songs and not overshadow the singing.  Like one guest told me, "Your people sure love to sing."
