Equal Marriage
Our goal is to ensure that couples have the equal right to marry if they choose,
not to advocate that all couples get married. We recognize that many people will
choose not to formalize their relationship, through civil or religious marriage.
This site documents our personal journey towards the legal recognition of
our rights. We have received over 2 million visitors. Currently, we welcome more
than 200,000 visitors, generating 7 million hits and 750 thousand pageviews each
month, and growing: we experienced 400% growth in traffic during 2003 over
the previous year. We are privileged to have worked with so many motivated people,
from across Canada and around the world. We hope this web site introduces you
to their efforts and stories as well.
